LED Displays arrived on the mass consumer market during 2000 mostly, and so far have no plans to leave. These technological marvels were an amazing upgrade from its previous predecessor, the reversed projection TV. The reversed projection television didn’t have very good quality, nor did it look very good when the window was up and you got the horrible reflection off from it. But it did offer one thing, because it was a projection based screen, sizes of these monstrosities could be huge at a lower price than conventional televisions of the time. This was really the only upside of the reversed projection TV. The LED display television blew the reversed projection out the water. With amazing clarity, and extremely compact size which allowed it to be mounted on the wall, the LED display television was a hit.
Not only did the LED Display help out the TV industry it also allowed cable companies, satellite companies, and movie production companies to profit hugely. With the arrival of the LED display also came the amazing clarity of 1080p resolution. Movie production companies instantly caught on with high definition movies which exceeded anything ever witnessed on a TV before. TV quality was redefined by the LED display, games, movies, Broadcast TV itself became immensely better overnight with the arrival of the LED display.
The LED display also leads the way for many of our most popular techno gadgets today! No display device had the clarity, power consumption or compact size enough for these devices. IPods, Iphones, Mp3 players, and cell phones. The LED display made all of this possible with its amazing ingenuity. Recent technological advances have also lead to talk about LED displays so thing and stretchy that a LED display could cover an entire bus, and yet still be thin enough for riders inside the bus to see outside! Truly the LED display was an amazing product far ahead of its time.
