The pace of LCD HDTV technology continually moves at a fast pace and any manufacturer who doesn’t keep up is going to be left behind. Hitachi televisions are maybe not the highest profile of the manufacturers but their new range of LCD TVs definitely shouldn’t be overlooked. Keeping up with the industry trend of improved super slim stylish designs and improved technical capabilities, the new range of Hitachi LCD TVs look very impressive and compare favourably to the competition.
The new Hitachi Ultra Thin LCD TV Series is a completely new, radical design that uses cutting edge technology to produce televisions that are a fraction of the depth of their previous LCD televisions. Using previous Hitachi 32” television models as a comparison, the new models thickness is a mere third of the size. Hitachi televisions have been designed to maximize style and save space without compromising the viewer’s visual experience. The result is a range of stylish, slim, lightweight televisions whose versatility means they can easily be positioned wherever the owner requires, whether it be wall mounted or floor standing the televisions will enhance the appearance of any viewing area.
Hitachi has achieved this by reducing the size of all the constituent components that make up their televisions. The power supply, circuit boards, LCD panel, ventilation system and chassis have been designed to make their slimmest TVs to date. As well as the stunning looks of Hitachi LCD televisions, they are available with a range of thoughtfully clever stands and brackets to allow the user to position the televisions in the ideal position without compromising the viewing experience or viewing area.
Most importantly the new range of Hitachi televisions is packed full of technology and features to improve picture quality. The fluorescent lighting system has improved the light output from the LCD panel which results in truer color reproduction and more accurate contrast levels. The 120 HZ processing technology has doubled the frames per second from 60 to 120 which means smoother on screen action with little or no blurring of high speed action. Hitachi’s picture master full high definition image processor performs high speed processing of images to further optimize contrast frame by frame along with managing hue, saturation and brightness levels pixel by pixel and greater gradation of color by using a 36-bit input rather than 24-bit.
The final piece to the jigsaw is that Hitachi LCD televisions are now more environmentally friendly than ever, with reduced CO2 emissions compared to previous models. Whilst they might not be a brand that you would have previously considered you now might want to reconsider buying a Hitachi television.
